Surprise, Surprise! Heidi Montag Files for Legal Separation From Spencer Pratt!

Heidi Montag, of “The Hills” has filed court papers for Legal Separation from her crazy husband, Spencer Pratt. The document was filed today, at the Santa Monica branch of Los Angeles Superior Court. Montag claims the usual “Irreconcilable Differences” as the basis for separation.

She states in her petition that there are no community or quasi-community assets for the court to dispose of. This is odd, because the two should have quite a bit to divide, considering they both made money off of “The Hills,” their book, and Heidi’s “music.” Actually, when you really think about it, the music might have been the financial meltdown. Heidi spent a reported $2 Million dollars, and probably only recuperated less than $7,000 since her album only sold 666 copies, well, not quite at 666 yet, but just a few away. And what about all the plastic parts she’s got now?? How are they going to separate all of that??
It’s also suspect, because Heidi filed “in pro per,” meaning she has no legal representation. Seems weird that she wouldn’t want a lawyer to help her get ride of that crystal-loving, sister-hating, controlling lunatic she married just one year and two months ago.

I hope it’s for real, and not just a ploy to get viewers to watch her new show, with her friend Jennifer Bunny. Heidi needs to get rid of Spencer, reunite with her friends, including Lauren Conrad, and realize that she’s better off without him. He’s just extra baggage for her, and she’s too young to have to worry about that much extra baggage.

First of all, the house Heidi and Jennifer’s “reality” show will be shot from was rented by a man on Spencer’s production staff three days before the split was announced. Second, Heidi claimed one of the reasons she left Spencer was because he alienated her from all her friends and family. She has not contacted a single member of her family, according to her sister, Holly, who Tweeted that the breakup was a fake. All of this was on TMZ, a real celebrity news site. I just come here to watch Crazy Tits fail. Lindsay Lohan drank Sunday night, Tila staff. Where’s your story on that?
