This one is just ridiculous, considering Floyd Mayweather Tweeted this today:
Eating a 20lb lobster that cost a whopping $500 dollars….lol
He included a picture, I guess so we’ll know how much of a baller he is. Ummm…not! Ya ain’t much of a baller if you recently got your business evicted, sir! Floyd Mayweather, and Mayweather Promotions, LLC were sued by owners of the property where they run Mayweather Promotions, in Las Vegas.
- Floyd eating lobster, not paying rent.
The suit claims that the parties agreed to lease the premises at a rate of $10,781.25, with a 3.5% rent increase each year. Floyd himself signed a personal guarantee “for the obligations owed by his promotion company under the lease…” The three-year lease began on July 14, 2008.
All was well, until he stopped paying rent, back in February.
Plaintiffs, TDF Investments informed Mayweather and company of their default, on May 28, 2010. Then, on June 29,2010, TDF served Mayweather with a pay or quit notice. And THEN, states the complaint, “On July 27, 2010, the Constable of Las Vegas Township served the eviction on Mayweather Promotions performing a lock out and removing the Tenant from the Premises.” They got thrown out! Damn!
Here is what the location looks like, from Google maps:
OMG so what we have here is Floyd getting evicted, then Tweeting, a few days later, that he’s eating $500 lobster??? You think I’m kidding, right? Nope! The suit alleges: 1) Alter Ego; 2) Breach of Contract; 3) Breach of Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing; and 4)Unjust Enrichment. Basically, TDF wants their money, and all costs related to the action, including attorneys fees.
Wait, there’s more! Floyd also Tweeted a picture of himself and Don King, with DK holding a wad of money. I hope he asked him for a loan to pay TDF!
If you watched What Chilli Wants on VH1, then you saw how Floyd dissed Chilli when she was in Las Vegas, when they were supposed to meet for dinner. They were actually friends, and he didn’t even call her in advance, to tell her not to go to the restaurant. He just let her sit there, with a gift she bought him, waiting…for…him! Now that I know he’s not paying his rent, but e’s buying expensive meals, I think it’s fair to say he isn’t “the one for her” because what Chilli wants is a man who pays his bills!
What do you think? Is Floyd a deadbeat renter? Or is it not a big deal?

Why are all of your 'exclusives' about people getting sued and court documents? I don't understand. If you have 25-30 people working for you…isn't there someone out in the field looking for something other than court cases? Or are you just sleeping with the guy who stores all these files?
In either scenario, you're exclusives are boring and not worth reading.
(Not hatin', just stating the obvious.)

So what about this post is so bad? (I just tried posting it, automatically comes up as "This post has been deleted by the administrator". But just in case that happened I copied+pasted it)

I just tried dotting some words to see which ones it was that were getting me deleted. But I didn't think any of those were bad, cursing, defamatory or otherwise. So I dunno.

Alright, guess I'm not posting the other comment because I can't figure out what words it is that you don't want me saying.
All I wanted to know is why all of your 'exclusives' are court cases and people getting sued, thats all.
