Radar is reporting that Lindsay was driving her Maserati on Wednesdays when she hit a woman and her baby, who was in a stroller! Who does that????

Well it didn’t take long for Jesse James to get over Sandra Bullock! He’s already prancing around town showing off his new love, LA INK star and tattoo artist, Kat Von D!

The title sounds a little crazy, but this woman might be onto something. Erica Intzekostas (who we’ll refer to simply as Erica), filed a big fat class action lawsuit today. The case, complaint, filed at U.S. District Court, is Los Angeles, claims that Fox found a way to monitor the internet activities of all who go to American Idol’s website, americanidol.com, using the services of co-defendant Clearspring Technologies, Inc.

The band War is taking its namesake seriously. The band who is famous for the songs “Lowrider,” “Spill the Wine,” and “Cisco Kid” is suing over another one of their famous songs, “Why Can’t We Be Friends.” In a suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court today, War claims Pepsi used their song in one of their commercials, without permission.
